Flexible staff for labour-intensive co-packing
Seasonal goods, promotions, displays, short-notice repacking: in co-packing, staffing needs often change from week to week. Flexible staff let you handle peaks without overloading your permanent team – and scale back down when volumes drop.

Contract models
Temporary staffing or service contract
Depending on the task, we offer two models. We will work out together which one suits your assignment.
Temporary staffing (AÜG)
Our employees work at your company according to your instructions. We remain the employer and take care of contracts, payroll and social security.

- Bound by the GVP collective agreement
- You direct the work on site
Service contract (Werkvertrag)
We take on a clearly defined assignment – for example a co-packing project – under our own responsibility. Organising and instructing the team is our job.
