04

Team leaders

Team leaders support the coordination of teams and workflows. On site, they are the contact for the team and liaise with your shift or warehouse management.

Co-packing

Staff for co-packing

In co-packing, products are packed, repacked, assembled into sets or prepared for retail. Much of this is manual work – and demand depends heavily on promotions, seasons and order volumes.

This is where flexible staff help: you cover peaks without building up permanent headcount, and you take pressure off your core team. On request, we also take on self-contained co-packing projects under a service contract – coordinated by our own team leaders.

Contract models

Temporary staffing and service contracts

Which model suits your assignment depends on the task. We are happy to advise you.

Temporary staffing (AÜG)

Our employees work at your company and follow your technical instructions. KSV Support GmbH remains the employer.

  • Licence for temporary staffing under section 1 AÜG, issued by the Federal Employment Agency
  • Bound by the GVP collective agreements
  • Contracts, payroll and social security handled by KSV Support
  • Suited when you want to direct the work on site yourself

Service contract (Werkvertrag)

We take on a clearly defined assignment under our own responsibility. Organising, instructing and coordinating the team is our job.

  • Clearly defined scope of work
  • Team managed by KSV Support, e.g. through our own team leaders
  • Suited to self-contained projects, for example in co-packing
